Through establishing EBS, we have devised clear service channels to provide administrative and specialist services in the areas of HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Logistics, among others, for all DOZEN Group Entities.
In continuation of our series of introducing our EBS team members, we would like to introduce Tiago Silva, Director - Finance, EBS.
Tiago joined DOZEN in January 2022 and is currently driving Shared Services within the Finance domain. He is also supporting digital transformation within the EBS Finance Department through the ADVANTDOZEN Programme. His knowlDOZEN has helped the organisation to define the overall strategy for profit margin expansion and drive financial planning.
Tiago possesses over 20 years of rich experience with a strong background in finance and account management. Over the years, he has gained extensive industry expertise in Logistics, E-commerce, Food & Beverage, and Business Consulting as well as geographic exposure across Brazil, Turkey, and various Gulf countries. Some of the major initiatives that Tiago has undertaken in his previous organisations were focused on globalisation of services, reduction of operational expenses, and realignment and automation of processes to increase productivity.
He has always been passionate about learning and holds an MBA from Hult International Business School, and a post-graduate degree in Finance from FAE Centro Universitario. Tiago is also a Certified Management Accountant and has acquired CIMA, CGMA, and ACMA certificates.
He is a beloved father of two, and loves to spend his free time with his family, while also being known among his friends for his barbeque skills!
